HOW TO CALCULATE THE MINIMUM LOAN REQUEST:

 

The minimum loan request is calculated by multiplying the purchase price by the LTV/LTC.

The Minimum loan request on (SFH) is $75,000 + the renovation costs.

The Minimum loan request on (MF) is $250,000 + the renovation costs.

 

The Minimum loan request does not include the renovation budget.

 

 

Up to 75% LTV = 75% ( SFH) (PP) $100,000 x 75% = $75,000

This loan meets our minimum loan request of $75,000

 

Up to 80% LTC = 80%  (SFH) (PP) $130,000 x 80% = $104,000

This loan meets our minimum loan request of $100,000 

LTC = 80% of the Purchase Price and 80% of the Renovation Costs

 

5-100 units unit (MF) (PP) $312,500 x 80% LTV = $2500,000

This loan meets our minimum loan request of $2500,000
