Terms:

 

  • $0 Down payment

  • NO POINTS 

  • NO Prepayment Penalties.

  • The minimum loan amount is $20k. 

  • The Max  loan amount per loan is $400k

  • The Minimum yearly gross income to qualify is $30k.

  • The funds are deposited directly into your personal account.

  • The loan can be 3 to 7 years.

  • We can fund in 3 to 7 days with W2.

  • We can fund in 7 to 14 days with 1099 and self employed.

  • The Minimum fico score to qualify is 660 across all 3 major credit bureaus.

  • You can borrow up to double your personal yearly reported income.  (Case by case)

  • For example, If you make $50k you can borrow  up to $100k. 

  • You must currently be at 50% or less on your debt to income ratio.

  • You must be at 50% or less on your credit card utilization rate.

  • You must have less than 6 hard inquiries in the last 12 months.

  • You must have less than 4 hard inquiries in the last 6 months.

  • You must have less than 2 hard inquiries in the last 30 days.

  • No late payments within the last 12 months.

  • No collection accounts in the last 12 months.

 

 

What do I need to qualify?

 If the answer is yes to all these questions we can pre-qualify you.
 
  • Did you make at least $30k last year?

  • Have you filed for taxes in the last 2 years?

  • Do you have a minimum of 660 fico scores across all 3 credit bureaus?

  • Do you have less than 6 hard inquiries in the last 12 months?

  • Do you have less than 4 hard inquiries in the last 6 months?

  • Do you have less than 2 hard inquiries in the last 30 days?

  • To qualify any bankruptcies must be at least 2 years old. 
  • No late payments within the last 12 months.

  • No collection accounts in the last 12 months.

  • Are you 50% or less on your debt to income ratio.

  • Are you 50% or less on your credit card utilization rate.

  • Do you have a valid ID?

  • The average interest rate is 10% to 15%, However, we have funded at 8% and we have funded people at 18%.  

  • This loan is strictly cashflow & credit driven. 

  • There is a 15% Service fee and it’s paid by the customer  within 24 hours after receiving funds.

  • This amount will be deducted from the funds received.

  • The monthly loan payment will be P&I. 

  • P&I interest rate will be based on  the loan amount & your credit score.

  • The customer will create an account with  www.identityiq.com or www.privacyguard.com to obtain your tri-merged credit report with score included.
  • This is a personal loan. You can use this loan for whatever you need.
